... hadn't expected the packet to look marvellous as it is value after all!. With all Value products be it Tesco's or Asda, they all have a base colour and a extra colour. This packet being White and yellow. Somerfield could have done a lot more to grab the attention of the average shopper.

The somerfield value gingernut's are in my opinion, the BEST in the somerfield biscuit range. After purchasing due to the extremely low price of 28p and a addiction to the gingernuts of the world. After first inspections of the fairly poor packaging I had noticed that the first 2 biscuits in the wrapper had been broken, which is a shame as the packet only contains around 25 biscuits and less.
