Spongebob squarepants is a rather bizarre cartoon set under the sea with it's main character a bright yellow sea sponge called Bob. He lives in a place called bikini bottom at the bottom of the sea with a strange assortment of friends. It's quite possibly the most annoying cartoon ever produced in terms of brightness and volume but the kids do love it and it has a cult following amongst teenage girls with spongebob themed clothes being all the rage.
