My other half is a massive fan of peanuts so I often end up buying these packs. I try not to eat them very often as I find them so addictive that if I start I can't stop! I started buying this pack several months ago but i must admit the price of them has gone up (which is the same for most products these days!). This costs ... Read the complete review

I am a huge fan of peanuts - particularly salted ones - and as I'm currently a student, I don't like to spend large amounts of money on food, so I decided to buy Tesco Value peanuts as they were far cheaper than any other brand. I was not even slightly disappointed with them - they have the same salty taste as all the leading ... Read the complete review

You fancy a high protein, high salt snack. Nuts are the answer. But there are so many different types. At the moment and these times of enforced austerity it's necessary to look at the money one spends on items one doesn't really need. These Tesco Value peanut are wonderful in that respect - at about 30p a bag. Why are they so ... Read the complete review

Whilst stocking up for the Christmas feast, I was searching for a variety of peanuts to buy. Making the mistake of visiting the store late in the evening, many of the shelves were a little sparse, and the selction of standard roasted peanuts was limited to just the Tesco own Brand. Now, I do like a good quality peanut, but having tried ... Read the complete review

I always buy Peanuts of any brand, and I quite like the cheaper brands too, as I think they are excellent value for money, I find them very tasty and since I eat a lot of snacks and Peanuts are one of my favourites, I cannot resist them and I have been recently buying more as it is near the Christmas season and I have a lot of guests ... Although it may not always seem like it when you glance down the list of food reviews I have written over the last few months, I am generally quite careful not to overdo the sugary snacks. Of course, that certainly does not mean that I have become some sort of saint on the issue - just that I now eat rather more savoury snacks instead! ... Read the complete review

I bought these Tesco Value Peanuts yesterday as I am beginning to buy little things for my parties and BBQs later this year and this is one of the non perishables I buy a lot. It comes in a nice little plastic bag and can easily be opened and the bag is in the usual red and blue stripes of the lower brands from ... Read the complete review

I rarely eat nuts, other than at parties or Christmas time, and I can't say that I have ever really bought many packets and wouldn't be able to compare them very well with others! However, I was very impressed with these Tesco Value peanuts. My friend bought these last night as we were having a few drinks. The ... Read the complete review

Having people over for a simple drink at the New Year can become an expensive venture, they tend to want sandwiches and they expect crisps and peanuts to be laid on, they never bring enough juice with them so unless the host has stocked up then the night dies a death. I am saying all that a bit tongue in cheek of course but ... Read the complete review

Tesco Value Salted Peanuts: Me and my boyfriend popped into Tesco the other day and I really fancied some peanuts. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I only had a little bit of change and I didn't really want to use my card. I saw these and they were only cheap at 20 something pence and they were in quite a big bag ... Read the complete review

I am not usually a peanut eater. Whilst I have always liked them its just never been something I would usually add to my shopping list. But whilst I decided to have a beer the other night in front of the TV I really fancied some peanuts, no idea why I just really did so the next time I went to Tescos I bought a packet. I ... Tesco Value Roasted Salted Peanuts, 27p - 200g. I don't tend to eat peanuts that often, but every now and again I like to have a few (or a lot!). One of the reasons I don't buy them often is that when I do start to eat them, I really can't stop. This is an issue with these peanuts - I have just had to force myself to put ... Nuts are usually quite expensive, even in supermarkets so when I saw these in Tesco for 27p I had to give them a try. Roasted salted peanuts are quite easy to get right as if they taste bad companies can just add more salt to disguise the taste. I think that this is what Tesco has done. There are large amounts of fat and salt in these ... Read the complete review

I bought these peanuts to take to V Festival this summer, but the 500g bag was so dauntingly huge that I didn't dare open them until we got back. *Packaging* The peanuts can be bought in 400g and 200g bags, with the usual Tesco value white background, blue and red text and image of a massive bowl of peanuts on the front. ... The Tesco Value Salted Peanuts were not always my favourite choice of peanuts, I personally do not eat peanut on itself regularly. Although I do use them in some of the basic and simple dishes which I can cook, it is also quite enjoyable to be consumed as a snack when drinking beer. However it is worth bearing in mind that the more ... Read the complete review

Although some of the Tesco Value products are notoriously and frequently maligned for their hokey quality, their Value nuts are certainly not one product where this is true. As they're more of a base product than a lot of the other items they sell, perhaps this is why - after all, is a nut not just a nut (sorry for the unintentional ... Read the complete review

As we all know those who have read my reviews I am quite into nuts (or should I say I am nuts - not sure). I bought the tesco value nuts, mainly due to their low price tag and the fact that I did not want to pay double the price for a bag of branded nuts. At under 30p for the 200g bag, I was honestly not expecting much. I anticpiated the nuts to be large, crunchy and not very easy to eat with either far to much salt or hardly any. ...
