I have had these sandwiches on several occasions and they have generally made a very acceptable quick meal when needed. The oatmeal bread is not quite as oatmeally as I might wish, but it's ok. The only problem I've had, was one time I bought a chicken and bacon one and the bread was really dried out, although the use by date was the following day...more

Have tried the Prawn Mayonnaise Sandwich on Oatmeal Bread and the Chicken & Bacon sandwich on malted wheatgrain bread so far. Both were £1.73 in my work's canteen, no idea if there is a recommended price for them or what it might be........ Both types suffered from a problem I often find in bought sandwiches that the filling is not evenly spread around the sandwich, so the edges were all bread and no filling.
