On a venture to be healthy, I picked up these.. I wouldn't really be the biggest fan of this flavour but I decided to give them a try..
The packet is a pleasant light green with a blue centre which states 'lights' and you can't really miss it. You can get these crisps pretty much anywhere, they are widely available and they could be stocked anywhere. Th price is usually around 40p for a single bag and i'm not sure if multipacks of this flavour can be purchased, i've never seen them.
On opening the bag it is very simple and easy, just pulling apart at either
side and it is open. The bag is small but the crisps are easy to get out. The crisp on touch is a very light colour and isn't greasy on your hands at all, a good sign that it is healthier. On taste I thought the taste was great, it had a lot of flavour, something which I wasn't sure it would have. You could really taste the sour cream & chive and it was really satisfying. I would usually be a love of salt and vinegar or prawn cocktail and would never really look at cheese or sour cream, but I really loved the flavour of these crisps. They were a really good snack and were quite filling but saying that I wasn't overally hungry when I ate them.
It states that they is less that 115 calories in the bag and very low in saturated fats, this is great in comparison to some other crisps on the market.
The amount of crisps in the bag was the general amount for any bag of the same size, though like all other packets it seems to be getting lower and lower.
I would reccommend these crisps for the flavour and taste and they are one of the healthier crisps on the market.
Light, chive flavoured crisps from Walkers.
