Walkers Sunbites Roasted Onion and Rosemary:
Trying to eat healthily, I have bought a big packet of these to help me cut back on the other junk food I used to have before Christmas! So, I haven't cut out crisps completely, I have just replaced the brands that I thought were fattening. The reason why I picked these out of the other packets available is because the flavour sounded really nice and quite out of the ordinary.
Sunbites are actually not crisps they are a wholegrain snack! They are bursting with the goodness of wholegrain and they contain more than 1/3 of the suggested daily amount of whole grains. These are oven roasted onion and rosemary. There is six in a pack which is enough for me for the week days! These are delicious, light and crispy. They are also jam packed with goodness and they come in 25g packets.
These taste gorgeous and the herbs in them are lovely. They are a little bit crinkly and they have a rough texture and they are crunchy too. They are light brown in colour and they do look healthy!
The advantages of these are:
*They have 67% wholegrains
*Low Salt
*They taste herby!
*Different than usual
The disadvantages of these are:
*They are a little rough
*Not as healthy as I expected
*Strange After taste
*I prefer Walkers Baked!
Per pack these have 117 calories, 2.3g sugar, 5.4g fat, 0.6g saturates and 0.3g of salt. The reaosn why I said that I prefer Walkers Baked is because they have a lot less calories and a lot less fat and if I carry on eating these I probably won't really lose any weight.
Next week when I do the food shopping I am going to buy something different!
