The other half came home with a pack of these the other day, they were already opened as he had consumed two of the five bars in the box on the journey home from London. I must say I have never been a big fan of cereal bars as I never really find them satisfying enough if you are hungry and I guess the fact that he consumed two in a one hour train journey sort of proves my point. Each bar is 29g in weight and each bar provides 120 kcal each and 3.1g of fat with 11g of sugar so in no way could this be considered a healthy snack even if there is some fruit pictures on the box. The box is approximately 3" by 5" with a 1" depth and a lovely deep purple colour with white writing which really stands out. It has a lovely picture of an opened bar on the front alongside some apples and blackberries. There is the name and variety ... Read the complete review
