... usual bright blue WeightWatchers packaging. Each mallow contains 1 WeightWatchers point, and each one contain 6.5g of sugar, which seems quite a lot. I find a lot of their products may be low in fat but they can make up for it in terms of sugar, so that's something to keep an eye out for if you don't want to eat a lot of sugar. THE MALLOWS The mallows themselves are 2 bits of wafer with soft, white marshmallow sandwiched between them. Inside the marshmallow is a decent amount of caramel. Weight Watchers Caramel Mallows: Tasty marshmallow - but cheaper alternatives are available! (466 words)

I am currently on WeightWatchers, and even though I have now reached my goal weight, I am continuing to count points, and therefore I'm still buying some of their products as I just find it's a lot easier to track my points every day if it's all worked out already and right there on the packaging. I have also found them to be overall, very nice and tasty which I was surprisingly impressed with. I was expecting bland tasteless products from the range and have been pleasantly surprised. ***Summary*** These are a low-fat snack which are part of the Weight Watchers range. For those following this weight loss programme they only have a point value of 1 and contain 0.2g Saturated Fat and are only 55 Calories per mallow. ***The Product*** Each mallow contains two crispy wafers filled with marshmallow and also some creamy caramel sauce. These are great if you feel like a sweet treat but don't want to be eating too many calories. ***The Taste*** The wafers are quite like the wafers you buy for chunks of ice-cream, however I did find that they were not as crunchy or crisp as I would have liked. The marshmallow part is ...  Read the complete review
