Advantages: Taste great, help satisfy those cravings.

Disadvantages: None

I have tried countless diets before a nothing has ever really worked and kept the weight off after the diet was finished and this is why I chose to start Weight Watchers online. I love the fact that with the WW plan you can still have treats (which is where I came unstuck many many times) and still loose weight. Ti help me stay on track I found it much easier to use the WW treats rather than your normal chocolate bars and biscuits. By using the WW own brand you can tell exactly how many points these little treats will cost you.

The Double Chocolate Cookies are yummy. The come in a white WW box with a picture of them on the front along with ingredients etc on the back, the packaging is a pretty standard WW box and they all show the logo, an image and how many points the product is worth. Inside the biscuits are split into packs of 2 and you have 6 packets in each box. I like the fact that they are split the biscuits into little packs as I found it easier to resist carrying on and eating more.

Each biscuit is a good size and is surprisingly filling for a biscuit. It looks like a standard chocolate chip cookie and you can see plenty of chocolate chips in it. They are quite sweet - not quite as sweet as perhaps your Maryland cookie but it's a nice cookie. They are also not wafer thin but are quite chunky biscuits.

As the biscuits are form WW they are low in calories meaning a pack of 2 biscuits are 2 Pro-Points. Each biscuit contains the following nutritional amounts:-

Per 2 Biscuits

Energy 363
Calories 87
Protein 1.3g
Carbohydrate 11.6g
Fat 3.5g
Fibre 1.8g
Sodium 0.07g
Salt equivalent 0.2g

The biscuits are really nice and I actually like them as much as the better known (and full fat) cookies. They taste just as good, if a little less sweet, and are filling. They are ideal to have in your desk or at home to fulfil that chocolate temptation without wasting your points on.

The WW Double Chocolate Chip Cookies can be brought from most major supermarkets and can range in price from around £0.85 to £1.00 per box

Summary: A great way of treating yourself while on a diet
