      Soap from Bomb cosmetics

As I stated in my last review I had a healthy sum of money from survey sites that I am a member of and so decided to treat myself to little luxuries that I wouldn't normally buy. Again, bomb cosmetics are one of my tried and tested triumphs so I had lots of faith that this soap would be the same: looks special, smells delicious and makes you feel fantastic at bath time.

The soap came packaged in a small brown box made from recycled card and paper with a cellophane window. The box was very much like the other packaging that Bomb cosmetics uses very simplistic but unique and vintage style. Inside is the 100g soap which was bigger than I expected. The soap is shiny and rectangular in a blue/green bright colour. The colour is almost opaque and this looks absolutely fantastic in my soap dish in my bathroom as it matches the colour scheme and looks modern and girly.

The smell of the soap is heavenly it is quite fruity and citrusy and smells very much like tea tree oil so quite sweet and fresh which is the perfect combination for a soap. The smell wasn't overwhelming but once the soap was lathered up and mixed with water the scent was more noticeable.

Using the soap is just like using any other soap - mix with luke warm water and the soap will lather up. The soap lathers up really quickly and easily and the bubbles are soft. My skin is quite sensitive and I have used this soap on my body, hands and face and this hasn't irritated my skin at all probably due to the products that Bomb cosmetics uses are all natural and the soaps themselves are hand made.

I have also found that the soap removes my makeup better than my make up wipes do which is a surprising bonus and due to the soap being kind and gentle to my skin I don't mind using this soap to wash my make up off with.

Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Glycerin, Sodium Laurate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sorbitol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Parfum (Fragrance), Sodium Chloride, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Eisenia Bicyclis (Algae) Seaweed, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Seed Oil, Pentasodium Pentetate, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Citronellol, Geraniol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Hydroxycitronellol, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Limonene, Linalool, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde, a-Isomethyl Ionone, CI 42090 (Blue 1).

The soap is available from the bomb cosmetics website www.bombcosmetics.co.uk for £2.49 which I think is a great price especially as the soap is quite big it will last for ages! I think that these soaps would make a great stocking filler for bath-time lovers or Lush worshippers as the products are very similar but bomb cosmetics are somewhat cheaper. The whole look, feel and effects of the soap is the reason why I highly recommend this product.
