I got this product free when Clinique was doing there 'bonus time'. I regularly buy clinique skincare products and love getting any little extra freebies to try so this was a nice treat.
Firstly, it doesn't smell of anything as Ckinique's products are never perfumed. Not very exciting to look at, it's just a little bar of soap. The pot that it comes in though is nice, it's great to take it travelling so you don't have to worry about it being completely dry etc. But I would suggest sellotaping the end up as it can easily slide open.
I used this sop as part of cliniques 3 step routine. My skin is usually very greasy and this soap definitely helped to ease this, although if you don't have greasy skin, it may dry your skin up a little too much. They do have different types of soaps so it would be advisable to go to a Clinique counter and have a consultation with them about which variety would suit your skin the best.
After a couple of weeks of using this soap (as well as the other 2 steps that Clinique suggest), my skin was looking notably better. There was less shine on my face and most of my spots were gone. It wasn't great at clearing the blackheads, but I think only a decent exfoliator can do that!
This costs £12.50 for one bar.
This is a good product and I would suggest using it along with the other 2 steps in the clinique group.
