      Lovely little teddy

When we were first doing my eldest daughters bedroom out or her we decided on lemon walls and Winnie the Pooh accessories, when my Mam had gone to a bootsale she came across a set of soft toys including this one for £5. She bought Eeyore, the Elephant from the film, Tigger, Piglet and Winnie himself and the seller let her have them for £5 which was fantastic value and they were in fantastic condition. I have looked the teddy up for the purposes of this review and have found that this teddy sells currently on Amazon for £9.99 with free delivery which shows just how good a buy my Mam got. This Eeyore is about 9 inches or so tall and he is a pastel version of the usual Eeyore teddy which I think is actually really nice even though it isn't quite the traditional character. The teddy is true to his character in looks with his thick black mane, sad looking eyes and long floppy ears. The teddy is beautifully soft and lovely to snuggle into, we placed all 5 characters across the bottom of Sophie's cot when she was a baby and then when she moved into a bed he was put on the windowsill with the other characters. It states on the tag that Eeyore was made in China and he is stuffed with polyester, it doesn't state what age it is safe for and I cannot see any reasons it is not suitable for a baby but Sophie's were for display purposes anyway so it never mattered as she only started cuddling him as she grew older. This is a really cute character, I love how sad and soppy he looks, he is soft and snuggly and doesn't seem to get dirty although if he did you could only wipe him over with a damp cloth I would say. Sophie refuses to get rid of her Winnie characters collection and they still sit on her windowsill now 5 years later.
