      A grinning little cat

I actually bought this for myself because it was reduced from £18 to £8 in the Disney Store. I love Alice in Wonderland and the Cheshire Cat is a particulate favourite of mine.

The cat is around 18cm and is in a laid down position. He has bright pink and paler pink stripes and the same grin as in the film with all his pearly whites on display. He has a Disney Store authentic logo embroidered onto his backside.

The cat is a very relistic replica of the film character. He has black claws, the same pink ears and yellow eyes.

Unlike other toys we have from the Disney Store this toy is very fluffy, he is really soft and his fur is slightly longer than other toys I have.

I bought this to sit on my bed as I have a pink bedroom, he takes pride of place on my bed where he sits like a normal cat would. Unfortunately my 2 year old daughter has now taken a shine to my cat and she keeps putting him on her bed! He is very soft and cuddly and she loves to stroke him as she would a real cat!

His fur is wipe clean only and he hasn't got really dirty yet he has had the odd mark on him off my daughter and a wet wipe wash has brought him up as good as new.

I would recommend the Cheshire cat he is really soft fluffy and a lovely little toy!

        A lovely teddy

I have always been very obsessed with Alice in Wonderland. It is by far one of the best Disney films and fairy tales out there. The Cheshire Cat is very iconic in all adaptations of this story. This toy I bought from the Disney store at my city center for £18.00. This may seem steep for a Disney teddy, but not for me. I collect Disney products so this is average and actually quite cheap. In my experience anyway. The teddy does not do anything, like all teddies. So, if you're not willing to pay such a price don't. I think this toy is more suited to older people who are fans of the franchise and can really appreciate the product.

The soft toy is quite big at 18cm long and I find it hard trying to it it at the bottom of my bed. However, this toy is very cute and I like cuddling it every now and then. It is ridiculously soft and this makes it worth the money for me. The toy is bright pink and purple and has a lot of thick fur. It even has a cheeky smile like in the franchise. The teddy is positioned in a lying down pose, which is easy for placing him around the house. I have never had a problem with the product other than after I first bought it I hoovered more frequently.

The teddy is extremely soft and when you first buy this product I find that it malts a lot. However, after a few weeks of storing it at the bottom of my bed I find that it gets in the way. This is not a problem if you have a big enough room. Unfortunately for me I live in a cardboard box style of a room. I would highly recommend this to fans of the franchise but not to anyone who is looking for a general teddy to give their child.

A soft squishy and rather cute soft toy from The Disney Store.

My daughter and myself are big fans of Disney's Alice In Wonderland, so when we saw the Cheshire Cat Medium Soft Toy whilst browsing in The Disney Store, it went straight in to the basket!

Alice In Wonderland was a 1865 novel writen by Lewis Carroll. There are many adaptations of the story but my favourite is the animated Disney classic that was released in 1951. Despite the age of the film, it still looks as good now as it did then. It tells the story of a little girl named Alice who falls down a rabbit hole one day and meets a bunch of 'interesting' characters as she attempts to make her way home. These characters include Tweedledee and Tweedledum, The Queen of Hearts, The Mad Hatter, The White Rabbit, The Caterpillar and of course, The Cheshire Cat.

The Cheshire Cat Medium Soft Toy is 18cm tall and 24cm wide, which is a good size - the perfect size for cuddles in fact! The only downside of the size is that it's a little too big to take out and about. My daughter usually keeps him in her bed. The Disney Store website describes it as having a beanbag body, but to be honest it doesn't feel like a beanbag toy to me - I think this is a good thing as I don't think it would be as squishy if you could feel the beanbag. It's fur is really soft too. It looks very cute, totally pink with light pink and darker pink stripes over his body and tail. He has little black felt claws and his head is totally pink, with an adorable face (yellow eyes, pink nose, whiskers, little ears on top) which includes his most recognisable feature - his big white Cheshire Cat grin! His smile extends all the way across his face and he looks just like he does in the film, there's no mistaking this cat. He's positioned in a laying down pose, with his belly on the floor and his feet out in front of him.

It costs £18.00 which may seem a little expensive for a soft toy that doesn't do anything, however it does look nice and it is good quality. It can be brought from most Disney Stores and from The Disney Store website. The toy is a Disney Store exclusive which means you wont find it elsewhere - there is a small badge/patch on the cats back end which reads 'Genuine, Original, Authentic Disney Store'. It is suitable for children 12+ months (so that includes adults!). There aren't any removable parts (buttons etc) but I suppose the fur could be a potential hazard for young babies if they managed to rip a chunk off and decided to eat it!

Overall this is a lovely soft toy for fans of Alice In Wonderland/Cheshire Cat.
