I brought my little sister this Tuck toy from Sainsburys when it was reduced to £2.99 from £5.99. It's only about 6 inches tall so I think what I paid was about right and I wouldn't have wanted to pay any more for it.
It's a cool looking toy and looks just like Tuck in the Wonder Pets programme that is on tv through the day. My sister loves Wonder Pets so she was mega happy to get the set of toys on Xmas day, I've written about the Linny toy and was disappointed with that one because it doesn't look much like the character on tv but this is loads better.
It's a lovely soft toy and Tuck is wearing his little hat that he wears in the programme and also has a red cape with the W of Wonder Pets sewn into it. The toy doesn't actually do anything but that's a good thing because it means less batteries to buy as most other toys she's got needs at least 2 batteries and that works out dear when they need replacing.
My sister likes playing with her 3 Wonder Pets toys and even though Tuck is so small he's very well made and looks great. She uses the 3 of them together to save the rest of her toys when they get into difficulty on the coffee table and stuff like that. I thought she might find them boring actually but as the days go on since Xmas I've noticed she's playing with them more and more.
Tuck is definately her fave out of the 3 toys I brought her that make up the set and I think that's because he's got such a cute and friendly face.
These toys are suitable for children who are 18 months and over but I can't see why younger babies couldn't play with Tuck because everything is strongly stitched so there's nothing to come off the toy if they put it in their mouths. The cape comes off but you'd be better off to remove that if you're giving it to a very young child but only because of the fact that it will probably get lost if you don't.
I recommend this Tuck toy for anyone who has kids who like the Wonder Pets tv programme, for some reason Wonder Pets toys are mega expensive so you're probably better off getting this smaller one that paying nearly 30 quid for a larger toy.
