He doesn't talk, which is probably just as well, as Bert is one of the most miserable Sesame Street characters. We would grow up with a nation of depressed children! There are dozens of toys and cuddly Sesame Street people doing the rounds and here we have a newer cuddly version of Bert. First things first, where is Ernie? Surely they should come as a duo.
