We already have the miserable Bert and here is his cheery counterpart, Ernie. Not sure if Ernie has a second name, most people just know him as Ernie. Ernie is a long running character in the hit tv show 'Sesame Street.' He has brought smiles to faces worldwide, thanks to his chirpy nature and good spirits.
