I have recently realised how important it is to make sure you are fully hydrated.
I used to end the day with a stonking heahache and drained feeling.
I decided I needed to make sure my water intake was toped up and so bought a sports bottle for work and made a consious effort to drink lots. It did mean lots of trips to the toilet though!
I did find though that it all went to pot on my rest days as I did not have the water tower close to hand or my old faithful sports bottle.
Then I found this app on the iphone. As my phone is with me all the time it is really easy to just add when some water is drunk in the day and keep track of how much I have drunk.
This is taylored to how much you need and not just a generic amount with makes it even better.
This is a fun way to keep track of your water intake and outputs a little graph of your efforts. It is nice to see you headache pattern against your water intake, you will be surprised.
Whilst this app alone will not make you feel better or healthier, it will help you get on track with your water intake!
