Hercules DJ Console Mac Edition ... would not recommend this product. I have the same product for the PC and it s great. For the Mac, it s awful. I have had problems registering both the hardware and the software; I cannot get any tech support via web, email or phone; and I cannot get music from my iTunes library into the software program. I m not a novice at installing software or I d say the problem is mine. Even the manual that I printed out did not contain accurate directions. For example, it instructed me to right-click on an icon and said that a drop-down menu would appearit didn t. Without that menu, there was no way to import my music into the program.
