Do not buy this product!!! (Hercules DJ Console Mac Edition)
Advantages: None Disadvantages: No tech support; poorly written documentation I would not recommend this product. I have the same product for the PC and it's great. For the Mac, it's awful. I have had problems registering both the hardware and the software; I cannot get any tech support via web, email or phone; and I cannot get music from my iTunes library into the software program. I'm not a novice at installing software or I'd say the problem is mine. Even the manual that I printed out did not contain accurate directions. For example, it instructed me to right-click on an icon and said that a drop-down menu would appear--it didn't. Without that menu, there was no way to import my music into the program. I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially a novice. Summary: Not worth the money!!!
