	The Retreat Spa ... Mr Tart and I celebrated the first anniversary of our meeting. I was waiting with bated breath to see what might present he might have got me. He s been amazing at getting me just the right thing so far so I was feeling hopeful. He arrived at mine with some champagne, smoked salmon and a card in a fancy present bag. Good start I thought. I opened the card, nothing fell out but there was a note, saying you re probably wondering where your present is, well I m taking you to Swindon to throw mud at you . Hm, interesting! 	Turkish Baths and Health Spa (Harrogate) ... Turkish Baths in the spa town of Harrogate are in a beautifully renovated building, tiled and painted in a Moorish style and are centrally located (just down the road from Bettys). I visited them with a hen party during a women only session on a Sunday lunchtime. They also have male only sessions and mixed sessions. Swimming costumes must be worn in the mixed session and the vast majority of people in the women only session wore costumes too. On arrival there are cubicles to get changed in, these are warm, clean and dry, then there are small lockers to put your clothes in. 	Whittlebury Hall ... IS THIS? Whittlebury Hall, Whittlebury, Nr Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 8QH. This is a hotel, Management Training Centre, leisure centre and day spa as well as a golf course. It is just near Silverstone racetrack so I suspect it might get busy when there is a big race there so this might be a time to avoid. I booked through Lastminute.com but then I did phone the hotel directly after booking in order to find out more about the spa and treatments they had on offer. They were delightful and explained everything to me, suggested that I visit the day spa website to see the treatments and also tipped me off about the fact that you can use the spa all day on the d...
