	Cannons Gym (Plymouth) ... have been a member of Cannons Health and Fitness club since July 2008. It is about two minutes walk from my house so it is ideally situated for me! Location - Cannons is situated on the Barbican Leisure Park, this is a complex that includes a Vue cinema, Megabowl, Nando s, a nightclub called Oceana and Pizza Hut! So your every need will be catered for! It is on the edges of the city centre, and is about twenty minutes walk from the city centre. It is fairly easy to find, due to the size of it. It is situated in Cattedown, and there are signs for "Barbican Leisure Park" so look out for this. Failing that, ask someone, because they are bound to know where it ... 	Other Spas ... idea of going to a Hamam, a Turkish Bath, has always intrigued me. When I saw that the Hotel Barut Arum in Side on the South coast of Turkey, where my husband and I spent our hols in October, had a beauty spa on the premises, I decided to give it a go. The Viola Spa offers free use of the Hamam, everything else, applications and treatments, cost extra. I opted for the Reduced Autumn Offer , i.e., the Hamam, followed by peeling, a foam bath and a massage (35 Turkish Lira = ~14.45 GBP). A Hamam in a hotel may not be the real thing, not like one in central Anatolia but adapted to the tastes of guests from central Europe, but I assume that most tourists visiting Turkey... 	JJB Fitness Clubs ... club is an interest for every person of today s generation specialy the youth.But as everybody is busy in studies,jobs, business and routine life so it is really tuff to get along with it on daily basis and if that too is costly, it makes no sense to pay a high amount for that. So, a higher percentage of eople look for an affordable gym that can provide all quality facilities like good execising machines with a good atmoshpere around. For this, JJB Fitness club is really recommendable. It charges around 20 pounds a month with a little up down for students and general people.
