I decide to take a over night break with my girlfriend to Champneys at Forest Mere. This was the first time I had been to a health spa and I have to say I was very impressed. My girlfriend who had been to similar places before was equally as impressed. The health spa is set in very beautiful surroundings with lots of tree and a lovely lake out the front. Inside it is very clean and luxurious looking and the staff at reception are very helpful and friendly. The room we had was a superior room which had a great view of the lake.
