I had been thinking about going on a detox for a while, and when i seen detox Marbella advertised on the internet i decided this is for me, mainly because the thought of travelling as far as Thailand was not an option. On arrival to Malaga airport i was collected by Monique and Jerry {who are the owners}and taken to the apartment which was to be my home for the next two weeks, i have to say i was pleasently suprised. The communal lounge is bright and spacious and my room {the deluxe} was an okay size. I settled in well and was given my detox plan for the next two weeks of supplements and powders, which sometimes became quite challenging to take, but were to give me great results. We also had colonics every second day which we were told helps to clean our liver. The two weeks without food could become quite stressful at times but thankfully the lovelly Monique and Jerry were a tower of strength and constant support got me through. My overall experience of my detox was one that i shall remember fondly, the fact that i lost seventeen pounds in the two weeks there helps, but also how encouraging, helpful and warm Monique and Jerry were while i sometimes struggled through. It is not easy doing a detox, but i am so happy and satisfied that i done mine in detox Marbella and would happily recomend it.
