Advantages: beautiful setting and very relaxing

Disadvantages: you can't believe the day goes so quickly!!

Hoarcross Hall is a health spa based in what used to be a stately home. It has been beautifully refurbished and is luxurious.

I was treated to a luxury pamper day by a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Included in the price was a facial, manicure and head massage. Additionally you receive a luxury bath robe curtesy of Hoarcross Hall which you get to keep *g*.

I also chose to pay an additional fee to experience flotation therapy...... this was blissful....... half an hour of this is equivalent to 4 hours sleep although it does not suit everyone as it relies on sensory deprivation and you floating in heavily salted water.

Lunch was also included in the price and you could eat as much as you wanted..... the choice on the buffet table was good and there were foods to suit a range of tastes.

Each of your treatments are timetabled throughout the day and in between times you can take advantage of other activities...... I chose archery and golf.... both of which were good fun and gave me a taster which I intend to repeat!!

The staff were all friendly and very helpful and I will certainly be visiting again to be pampered more!!

There are a range of different days or stays available for you to chose from so you can get something tailored to your individual needs.

I would hightly recommend this health spa!

The only downside is that I do not think it is very well signposted from the main road and therefore be prepared to scout around a little ........ but you will find it and it is worth it*s*
