McCaulays health clubs first opened the doors to its Dinnaton club in1998 followed 8 years later by the Plymouth club in 2006, based in Devon the two clubs offer an array of packages for all types of people, not just the fitness freaks who work out day in day out, but us more mature sedate type who just want to keep in shape and can only dream of being another Mr universe or the female equivalent. Dinnaton with its 9 hole golf course and indoor swimming pool it is just what the doctor ordered , in fact if like me you are having problems with your overall fitness you can ask your doctor to prescribe a course of gym time , now that's a new way of looking at a ...
