This is a very dubious company. I bought a voucher for OSpa, Regent Street on 28th of October for 32 pounds from Groupon. It was impossible to contact them directly. I made my appointment online as the fineprint on the voucher suggested the easiest way to book an appointment was online.The earliest available date on 29th October was 9th December 2010. At the time of booking, I was not made aware that they had the right to cancel my appointment without my permission.I took half a day off work to avail of this 90 min pamper session ( facial, back massage and pedicure)and on the day when I arrived at the salon, I was told, that someone had cancelled my appointment and left a voicemail message notifying this on the 7th of December ! They cancelled my appointment as it was prepaid and discounted. They are unethical and a complete con. I will report this to Trading standards and I hope others who have had similar experience do so too. Essentially, they are guilty of false advertising through Groupon voucher and having no intentions of providing the 90 min pamper package at the price they claim. They should not be allowed to operate in this manner. Anyone else having a similar experience please report them to Trading standards http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk
