From the exterior the building looks really pleasant, very ethnic which gets you consider that you came to the appropriate place to experience Thai massage. Facility shrewd the place is nicely designed with a gymnasium, restaurant and pool. Nevertheless experience their massage bundles and you'll find the difference.
My family reserved different bundles and because we had a toddler, I used to be to get my bundle last while my parents and wife got their treatments. Later it was time but my wife ended late and she wanted to complain to the supervisor.
Here are the reasons why:
First of all we came for our appointment where in the reception we had to choose our oil to be used for our treatments. That took about 5-6minutes. Sit in a sauna, shower, sit in a bathtub to cleanse yourself when you go downstairs to the changing right room where you are supposed to shower. This should be about 20mins.
My partner and my parents did not have the luxury of doing this as the staff in which they got to do the process for less than 5 minutes rushed them. Anyone knows if a person is shown impolite by their facial expression and tone of voice, although I understand that since English isn't their language that they could sound abrupt. The staff were rude, no grin.
Their statement was that my wife and my parents were late and because the staff needed to keep another person they were dashed their timings. Now I understand they're busy since they gets lots of tourist groups but aren't they supposed to tell you nicely that since they've a schedule to keep that we should run? Nobody told us that and we're not rudely linger while bypassing part of the treatment procedure entirely. Taking a peek at the pool only requires a minute.
Because if the delay I wasn't in a position to get my treatment on time so chose to get a refund.
We asked for service charge refund and my refund because my parents and wife didn't get nothing at all, or the correct service.
They were very averse about the service charge and counter proposed with free meals at their restaurant, ice cream, coffee. We weren't curious since we had a program to keep too, and as we didn't come for these in the first place.
The supervisor begged with us regarding the service charge by which we chose to let go. We were given fragrance oil and incense sticks because while my partner and I complained, my parents were still not completed with my parents' treatments, as compensation with all the refund, plus they were treated to the sauna and bath.
Conclusion is the fact that resort spas may be pricey that people would like to favor outside spas like sukko's, but the difference is the amount of service. Like a king you're treated at the better resorts while at sukko's you are treated as some tourist groups without effort.
We planted a trip to Phuket Spa and just what a relaxing time we'd.
We spent half a day in the spa. The area was huge! It'd big great doors, water features, wonderful mosiacs... just WOW! We picked for a couples massage.
We'd tea waiting for us while we filled in our particulars along with the masseurs requested us which place they had a need to concentrate on. Our aromatherapy oils were chosen by us and we were subsequently brought to the changing rooms. Our hostess was although it felt a tiny labyrinth - she made small talk to be sure we were comfy and showed the way.
In the changing room, the changing provided us lockers for our clothes/belonging and showed out the shower rooms. After the shower, there was a 10 minute steam bath followed by a 10 minute jacuzzi.
The staff were so professional and waited for me to change using a fluffy clean robe. We went off to another part of the hot tub and were given the views of vast green grass and blossoms. After our visit, they'd prepared lunch for for us.
It was only when lunch we found a watch was missing/misplaced and reported to the front desk. A host went from where he is to find the watch that was missing but was unable to see this in the bathrooms, steam area or jacuzzi. We went back to the hotel, disappointed.
My husband called them again to describe the missing watch and also to cut the story short.they FOUND IT and returned it back to us! We were thankful and so happy that it was found .
I would recommend this spa as for the great service which they gave and how professional they were with us.
My buddy introduced to Sukko Spa for a school reunion. I had been seeking for my own bash at the time.
These will be the reasons why I've chosen to get my party at Sukko Spa:
1. Services is excellent
2. Scrumptious foods
3. Plenty parking
Signs were directed by well to the gathering room from your front door. In the function room had acknowledgment and a huge welcome guest signage of the even. The area as well as the gathering room can cater for 120 individuals sit-down meal. My party theme was White Night. They decorated the place appropriately to the subject. White tablecloths, white seat covers, and white duffs Noodle station demonstration Pad Thai Thai's favourite noodle,. Everyone and real scrumptious Thai food was quite pleased with the food. Friends and all my family Aussie and Thai were impressed with the venue, services and foods.
Staff and the F&B supervisor took an excellent care of us with food, drinks, data projector and sound system with mic. They were great! Thank you to all staff. In addition, I want to take this opportunity to give special thanks who I have coped with for nearly twelve months via e-mail. He's extremely good at his job. I'm completely satisfied.
Only one fact I wish to point out about this specific gathering room, which is there's no wheel chair accessibility. It has informed me that there is no wheel chair entrance to the function room. Luckily, I do not desire wheel chair accessibility at this time. Because one of my special friend who demanded wheel chair was unable to join us.
We spent 8 nights in the Sukko Spa and it was everything we hoped it might be (definitely nothing like a few of the dreadful reviews we read here).
Our lodgings were magnificent, large rooms, private health spa space, clean and incredibly comfortable. The service was stellar! Everyone who worked in the Sukko Spa went from their strategy to give us the best possible service. We found the staff to be kind, extremely helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed the servers along with the front desk staff in our private dining area.
Know prior to going to Sukko Spa: there are not any clocks in the room, so bring your own. Don't forget your deet bug spray because there are mosquitoes. In fact, make sure you sleep underneath the bed netting. It helps! It is the tropics in the end!
Lovely pool was along with a big, quite nice workout facility. Eatery was fine and we liked the breakfast buffet.
Bring a bar of your favorite soap since they only give an extremely perfumed body gel after slathering on suntan lotion, which just did not cut it. Plus, the smell is highly flowery.
Bring your favorite chocolate because it's not easy to find sweets or chocolate in Phuket. They've small refrigerators in the room, but which can be nice. Yummy almond cookies are sold by the little cafe.
My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Sukko Spa Resort 5 years ago. We are extremely happy that we have chosen Sukko Spa Resort for the really warm, polite and friendly treatment by the well-trained staff. I've booked a promotional package on Sukko web site before. During our stay, it seems like everything in Sukko Spa is done/organised in such a thorough to perfection manner.
Situated from the hustle and bustle of town or busy area in Phuket island, we could find amazing relaxation time in Sukko Spa Resort. We're truly both pleased and pleased for the amazing & memorable stay, especially with all the surprises. My wife is very happy with the whole setup organised, particularly the welcome ritual service that is particular, day-to-day in-room breakfast, candlelight seafood dinner that is delicious, massage treatment & award-winning resort.
He has also allowed us early check-in (9am) and late check-out (6pm) due to our flight programs. Moreover, he has helped truly to my requests of surprises intending for my wife in several methods.
Staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They would attend to our requests and querries as much as they could. Their amazing royal-like treatment made us feel so pampered and relaxed. There's one night when we returned past midnight to the resort and there is this -cheerful staff came running to us from the anteroom, from walking back to the villa in the dim, stopping us. We were subsequently driven by her in the cabbie back to our villa promising that our safety is their priority. We never needed to walk to the reception in the villa.
We were additionally supplied complimentary return transport to and from the airport. Furthermore, the health spa and massage was also of top class standard. My partner and that i felt so good after the 4hrs session in our villa. In reality, we'd wanted a longer session after this wonderful experience. We'd surely return to Sukko in future for the health spa & massage.
The health spa can be found in the central of Phuket and is a veritable haven of peace, with refined and grand architecture with a classic atmosphere complemented by therapists and secretaries in traditional Thai dress.
The verdant and large grounds feature plenty of running water and the smell of blossoms that are ripe - quite conducive to relaxation and timeless things and forgetting the cares of life outside in this small slice of paradise.
I'm greeted at reception and presented a drink that was refreshing as well as a cold hand towel in addition to the health spa menu. I choose a 180-minute 'Be not Unbalanced' treatment. It's not long before I step into the steam room as well as the toxins are flowing out.
The steam room is in this spa's heart and there are different male and female rooms in addition to changing rooms and lockers. It's next to some sizable drop pool Jacuzzi where I get a good pummeling that is underwater before plodding to the therapy rooms and toweling off.
It must be stated that Sukko Cultural Spa & Wellness is an impressive building. All in all -bed therapy rooms and a host of other conveniences including restaurant, a large swimming pool, boutique, a sumptuous spa villa as well as cooking and massage courses.
It's also worth looking into the overnight packages on offer as you may fit within an astonishing number of actions in addition to eat fantastically as you immerse yourself in ancient Thai customs - a unique blend and learning about a fascinating culture.
The scrub also an excellent defoliation process although it is supposed to prepare the skin for the spa treatment. After a shower I'm back on the therapy bed to get a two-hour Ayuravedic Sukko Massage plus it's actually and well here that Sukko's 800-hour training course is self evident.
My therapist is in every sense an expert at the shower's job as well as the Sukko experience comes into its own here. With all the precise amount of pressure, muscles are kneaded, limbs are softly stretched and the rejuvenation procedure used.
Yes, I drop off to sleep a couple of times but just for some seconds - I'm enjoying this too much. Often, one-hour massages may arrive at a close too quickly but a 180-minute treatment is a ticket to heaven and instead of wanting more at the conclusion I find myself lighter of step, clearer of eye, destressed and anticipating the rest of the day.
And it is no wonder: Sukko treatments are predicated on early medical theories that were Thai. Traditional massages, heat treatments and indigenous herbs are used to bring your physical condition and spirit back to a state of balance and all products used here are free of petrochemicals, artificial perfumes or colours, complement the health spa's natural concept and suit individual needs and inclinations.
Believe me and select from a vast variety of combinations and treatments, you will be getting a few of the very best-trained therapists in a spectacular setting.
