Advantages: you get a total feeling of relaxation

I have been to the sanctury 4 times in total. It is a expensive "treat" but Oh do you feel good about yourself when you leave. 2 off the times I went was whilst I was pregnant and both times I had a armoatheraputic massage. They where made aware that I was pregnant in advange and made certain that the women who did the massage for me where knowledgeble on the subject of pregnancy and aromatherapy. (very important as certain oils are unsuitable for pregnancy)

The Sanctury itself (when I last was there) is lovely white and full of green plants I do think that it could do with a little spicing up but it is 2 years since I last was there so perhaps it has been done?

Staff are lovely and helpful and their restaurant serves light and healthy meals. Their "fruitbar" serves some "naughty but nice" cakes and scones and some great fruit juice drinks (as well as tea/coffee and a yummy hot chocolate) I could happily spend a couple of days there ;o)

It is well worth a visit but beware it is addictive and also expensive.. And I would reccommend going with at least 1 friend (though 2 or 3 is not a bad idea as you will probably all have some treatments) it is just nice to have someone to chat to and someone to be quiet with.
