The Sanctuary: A women only spa in the heart of Covent Garden in London. Feels a bit unfair to the lads but if the boys reading this are anything like mine you're just happy to watch your favourite team win and east some good food. The Sanctuary believes that if you feel good about your body, you feel better about yourself and the world ... Read the complete review

id been to the spa for mine and my friends joint birthday. I thught it was lovey, the koi carp louge was beautiful and the swing over the pool in there is grea, although i am quite tall so could reach it but i think shorter people may have a job trying to! The sauna roooms and sports swimming pool are lovey as well as the jacuzzi,I had a full ... Read the complete review

I had a gift voucher for a day at the Sanctuary. I had seen their products in Boots and had high expectations. When I got there hardly any of the staff could speak English and weren't that friendly. I saw the picture of the pool with the Swing and wanted to try it, but it's too high to reach from the water. I had a nice drink called an infusion ... Read the complete review

Visited the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden with friends on 6th April. Staff were very friendly and helpful even if it was a bit chaotic on arrival. Had a very relaxing day trying out jacuzzi, saunas and generally lounging around. Lunch was good, if a little over-priced for 2 courses, particularly as service was slow. Sleep Chamber and Zibu flotation treatments were excellent - relaxed me enough to fall asleep both times! Not the best spa I've ever been to, but a really good option for central London - a little oasis in the bustle of city life.

I was lucky enough that my darling husband bought me a voucher for an evening at the sanctuary last year for Christmas. Of course, due to my complete inability to organise myself I failed to visit until early December. My package cost £110 and included: Entry to The Santuary Covent Garden for an evening from 5 - 10 pm. One 25 ... Read the complete review

I have wanted to go to the Santuary for years. I had images of white, relaxation, exclusivity, inner peace and tranquility. What I got was hoards of other women looking for the same - or (worse) hoards of other women on a loud girls day out. There were times during the day when I definately felt like a cow or sheep being herded from one place to ... Read the complete review

The Sanctuary is, in a word, fabulous. It's a ladies only spa, based in London's Covent Garden. The spa is located on Floral Street, only a couple of minutes walk away from Covent Garden tube (on the Piccadilly line). It's easy enough to find, as there's a sticky-out sign stuck on the side of the building. There's a shop on the ground ... Read the complete review

You are supposed to leave feeling like a goddess, but to be honest, I left feeling a bit of a pauper! As a treat from work (lucky me!) I was given a gift voucher for the One-Day Sanctuary Day Spa, costing £60. Membership ranges from a one-day entry to unlimited year-round use. Even without my free entrance fee, I still had to cough up almost £100 ... Read the complete review

This place lives up to its name: it's a beautiful, quiet, fragrant haven from reality. It's also women-only, so it could be seen as an escape from the male of the species...As soon as you go in the attentive staff make you feel special - even if you're a scruffy librarian after a hard day at work - and their therapists are excellent, ... I spent an entire day at The Sanctuary in Covent Garden and would crawl across broken glass for another chance. This was a birthday present from my family to help cushion the blow of hitting middle-age head on. The building itself is tucked away in the street behind Covent Garden Underground Station (pretty sure it's Floral ... Read the complete review

The Sanctuary is a health spa tucked away in Floral street, a five minute walk from Covent Garden tube in the west end. It's been there for years, I first went some 12 years ago. But still it manages to retain an air of exclusivity about it. On checking in, you are given clean white towels and a robe to change into. I guess the idea ... Read the complete review

I have been to the sanctury 4 times in total. It is a expensive "treat" but Oh do you feel good about yourself when you leave. 2 off the times I went was whilst I was pregnant and both times I had a armoatheraputic massage. They where made aware that I was pregnant in advange and made certain that the women who did the ... Read the complete review
