I had a gift voucher for a day at the Sanctuary. I had seen their products in Boots and had high expectations. When I got there hardly any of the staff could speak English and weren't that friendly. Visited the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden with friends on 6th April. Staff were very friendly and helpful even if it was a bit chaotic on arrival. Had a very relaxing day trying out jacuzzi, saunas and generally lounging around. Lunch was good, if a little over-priced for 2 courses, particularly as service was slow. Sleep Chamber and Zibu flotation treatments were excellent - relaxed me enough to fall asleep both times! Not the best spa I've ever been to, but a really good option for central London - a little oasis in the bustle of city life.
