Altec Lansing Orbit ... recently bought this speaker on holiday, and to be honest they really suprised my at how loud they are!! however when the ipod is at full volume the speakers do crackle a fair bit but even at 3/4 vol they are sufficently loud for me. There is no volume control on the speakers them selvesso you need to be able to control them on the device. they also came in a case so they are protected and I believe them to be worth the money and i have told my friends to all buy them as they out strip some ipod speakers my dad and brother bought at fifty pounds. louder and better sound quality so I recomend them to every body. Logitech G51 ... has such sound quality graced my PC s speaker jack. These surround speakers with Bass unit form part of my high spec gaming rig and in conjunction with a good sound card, these speakers provide the ultimate in sound quality whether it be for gaming or for music. The speakers give good volume so are ideal for use in conjunction with an MP3 player at a party and are very reliable. I have accidentally dropped several of the satellites when setting them up at University parties and they still work perfectly. KRK RP-5 ... had these monitors for over a year and use them in my small home studio, where I record mostly rock music. These monitors are fantastic! Really good sound and at a reasonable price, they easily contend with other monitors that are slightly more expensive. These are active, so dont require and external amp. These monitors are perfect for somebodys first studio, or a smaller proffesional studio, however the 5 inch version does lack bass for those genres which require it, but are perfect for small rooms. If you require more bass, theres allways the 8 inch version or the 10 inch subwoofer that can be added to increase bass response. These monitors certainly look the part,...
