Advantages: Light, lively, crisp and clear sounds

Disadvantages: Take time to break in

I've been using these speakers for 6 months now and they've just come into there own.
I previously had a set of Eltax Liberty 5+ floor standers.

The Eltax were a great pair of speakers but for the sixe of the room I was in the overall noise was overpowering, the crispness of the speakers was lost. So I invested some cash in a new set of speakers and the shop I used had an offer on B&W products. After passing £200 of my hard earned cash, I wired these to my Cambridge A300 amp. I was quite happy, but something was lacking. The speakers seemed a little flat with their sound.

Six months on they've come into their own, the sond is crisp, clear and lively, the bass is lighter than my floorstanders but thats to be expected.

A couple of pointers, make sure you have some good quality stands, putting them on shelves is a waste, ask for advice on what speakers would best suit your setup. And overall invest in some good quality speaker cable.

That is a really cheap BMW, do you know what sort of miles per gallon it can do?
