The E90 performs like a pro, with technology developed by JBL's Professional division. Equipped with JBL's tried-and-true titanium-laminate tweeters and PolyPlas drivers, the speaker reproduces high notes with extreme clarity. The lows and mids, efficiently boosted by dual 8-inch woofers and assisted by the FreeFlow flared port, are loud and clear, without unwanted distortion or boominess.

The Elliptical Oblate Spheroidal (EOS) waveguide ensures that every seat is the best in the house for sweet music and intelligible dialog, or for just rocking out. Since the transducers were purpose-designed to work together harmoniously, JBL's simple Straight-Line Signal Path (SSP) crossover network divides the signal with minimal processing (and minimal opportunity to degrade the signal). Dual sets of sturdy gold-plated, 5-way binding posts enable bi-amping or bi-wiring. With the high, midrange and low frequencies isolated, the E90's four transducers can reproduce their frequency ranges more efficiently and with greater accuracy. The computer-designed, lock-mitered cabinet virtually eliminates distortion, and its slim European profile won't overpower your room.
