I needed a cheap set of speakers for my Pc, so i went to PC world and looked through all the sub £20 speakers. The ones that looked the most sleek and stylish were the logitech Ls11's. The other speakers in that price range were chunky white things that would have been too bulky on the desk.
The speakers cost £9.99 and for that price I think they were a good deal.
They are quite slim, and are about 6inches by 3 inches and sit wuite nicely next to the monitor. The front is gloss black and they have a silver trim. The volume is controlled by one of the speakers and the sound is ok for basic PC needs, but for listening to music at high volume they are not really up to the task and the sound gets a bit crackly.
The speaker cones themselves are very fragile and as they have no guard on them, could easily be punctured if they fell off the desk or you pushed something next to them.
The speakers plug into the headphone socket and they also take a regular power supply.
For cheap speakers, they do the trick, but if you want to get some high quality sound then be prepared to spend a lot more.
