Frisby 5.1 3000 Watt Amplified Surround Sound ... is a great system, but I must note that my unit just blew out on me. I was sitting down with my radio hooked up to it, and all of a sudden it shorted out. I went to look at it, and I saw a little puff of smoke coming out. Something apparently burned out inside and now my unit is broken. I ve had this for less than three months. I m hoping this was just a flaw in my specific unit. I recently purchased this item on Ebay because I was looking for a cheap surround sound system that would hook up to my computer, and this one met my expectations. Sony SA FT7ED ... i seem to be the only person on the internet that has posted a "user review" of this product, i searched the ends of the internet for a user review but found none, so i thought i would take my chances after reading the specs, buy it, and then submit the very first review of this Sony SA-FT7ED: First, i will explain why i bought this system. Creative Labs Inspire T6060 ... you want an affordable surround sound system for a computer, this isn t a bad option. Just do not think that you will be getting a highly sophisticated system that you can use for home cinema. The beauty of this system, is that everything is both small and cheap. Meaning if your computer is in a small space: you can easily have a decent surround sound experience. It s made clear that they are only for use over a small area as the rear speaker cables are very short. But then, it s very clear these are not a home cinema speakers.
