Last year I went through a stage of being almost Vegetarian. I was spending alot of time with a mate that was Vegetarian at the time and we ended up caravanning and things and it was easier to follow her diet then my own. One of the things I got a strange love for was chick peas and although neither my friend are I am Vegetarian anymore (she quit being one at Mcdonalds one day craving a big mac after 12 years or not eating meat by the way lol) I still to this day use them in a variety of dishes that I make up....my personal favourite is popping them in curries!
