I am trying to eat more healthily at the moment in a bid to lose some weight. As such I am eating things like chicken in a tortilla wrap and I wanted something to give the taste a bit of a boost. In asda I spotted some crushed chillies in a jar and so I thought they would be perfect for me. The crushed chillies come in a standard looking spice jar which is clear with a black lid.
