When it comes to canned mushrooms they are not something I purchase very often and I simply bought them a couple of weeks back to pop into my cupboard in case of emergency after spotting them costing a mere 42p a can in Asda. I do make spaghetti bolognese and the likes up occasionally and so I had them ear marked for that if I forgot to get fresh mushrooms in.... and it happened! Late one night I was making one up and realised that I had no fresh mushrooms in and so I decided to use these!
