The meal that was on my plate after I cooked it in the oven was another story. It all slopped onto the plate in a big sloppy mess which looked extremely unappealing. The predominant ingredient was the lentils in a tomato sauce. The lentils were mushy and there was barely any taste of tomatoes or herbs in there. I've been trying to eat healthier of late, switching from eating meat to a more vegetable based diet. I prefer to make my own food most of the time but ready meals come in handy sometimes for a quick meal. I bought the Cauldron roasted aubergine moussaka for £1.69 from Morrisons, a saving of 50p on its normal price of £2.19. Moussaka is traditionally made with minced lamb but this one substitutes the lamb with lentils.
