A brilliant way to use it's taste is in a pina colada. 2 parts Bacardi gold, some Koko kanu, a little bit of goslings black rum... alot of pineapple juice, some fesh pineapple rings, abit of coconut milk and some sugar syrup. Blend that together and you've got one of the best, most refreshing drinks you can possibly think of. Awesome. Bacardi Gold is a wonderful rum. I am a bartender on a tiki bar so this is one of my most trusted ingredients. It can be used in almost any famous rum cocktail. \It does not have to be mixed though, it can be enjoyed on the rocks with a squeeze of lime, or in various mixed drinks. It tastes very nice with some pressed apple juice and a squeeze of lime. The flavours of the apple and the rum go together extremely well. And the lime gives it that extra little zest.
