It has no exposure to wood, only a 60 day rest in stainless steel. Its particular distillation gives this Blanco an exceptional smoothness to sip and enjoy profoundly. Nose: Intense and powerful, cooked agave fully expresses with a butterscotch and light olive finish. Delicate notes of spices like peppercorn and herbal notes of spearmint, a fine note of straw composes this elegant aromatic harmony.
