Asics Gel GT 2130 ... started running regularly in June of this year, and was advised to invest in a decent pair of running shoes due to suffering from shin splints whilst running on the road in my basic trainers which I d had for some time. Asics have a superb reputation for the quality of their running shoes & equipment, and I ve not been left disappointed with my purchase. Although these were relatively expensive at £55, and I was tempted to buy a cheaper running shoe, they are honestly the best investment I could make in the improvement to my running. Nike Sweatbands in General ... lovely girlfriend brought me these for my recent birthday. As far as sweatbands go they are all pretty similar in style. You mainly get them plain with a logo on of some kind- in this case Nike. They also come in a variety of colours, I got the dark blue set but theres also black, white (watch out as these get mucky quickly), with the more stylish or more expensive versions come in pretty much every colour possible! The main difference is in the quality though, I once had a pair of Lonsdale ones and they are know where near as good as these. Nike ones are fluffier- so when your constaintly rubbing across your forehead it doesnt get soar or scratch as much. They are th... Read the full review: Better than tissues... by jonahea |

Nike Sweatbands in General ... you buy the 3" or 5" sweatbands they are very useful on those hot days where you get very sweaty. Aswell as looking cool they do work. It absorbs sweat really well whether your jogging, playing footie or at the gym. They come in an assortment of colours, black, white, blue, red etc etc. Try to avoid white especially if your playing a sports like football as its very very hard to get mud out of the sweatbands. The 5" ones are better if your in hotter conditions as they are comfier and absorb much much more sweat than the 3" ones. You can also get 3" sweatbands with watches in. These cost a lot more but are very good if your a jogger. Th... Read the full review: Wipe your sweat away instantly by peplow |
