Advantages: Comfortable, durable, attractive, value for money

Disadvantages: none!

Since purchasing my first pair of Acupunctures about 2 years ago (the same ones as illustrated, except in grey), I've bought 4 more pairs.

My first pair are still in great condition considering how often I've worn them (at first I never had them off!!).

I can vouch for their excellent comfort and durability. They dont feel like regular trainers, as in they are very sturdy and supportive.

I didnt find them to stretch, which I have found to be the case with 'normal' trainers!

Although the pair of Acu's in the illustration shows a very chunky sole, not all pairs are like this. I own a couple which have much slimmer and 'feminine' soles, but they are definately just as comfortable.

Many Acu's come with really original designs (I have a pair which has a subtle dragon on it and another pair with a chinese motif)

You'll find a good range of Acu's in Schuh and prices vary. You can pick up the pair in the illustration for about 50 quid now.

Freemans, the catalogue, also stock Acu's - watch out for their sale brochures which I have found to contain last seasons Acu's dirt cheap!

Acupuncture, based in Soho London, are also online at www.acupuncturefootwear.com where you can view all their designs and have a chance of winning a pair of your choice! Here you will find stockists and distributors also.

Unfortunately, you cant purchase online, which would be great, as you'll find stockist tend NOT to stock any where near all the designs!

But, in all honestly I would say Acupunctures have been one of my best value for money when it comes to purchasing wearables!
