Advantages: They don't hurt your feet and they are very comfortable

Disadvantages: Can get smelly if you don't wear socks

Over 12 months ago I bought my last pair of Adidas training shoes and I must say that I am impressed. My husband insists that he has Adidas and will not wear anything else, but until I got my own I did not know what all the hype was about.
They are of such high quality and wash really well{I stick them in a pillow case and throw them in the washing machine with a Persil tablet in each shoe,}they still look like new after 12 months, I have bought other brand name trainers but in the future I will stick to Adidas.
