Advantages: Great designs, colours, comfortable, easy to run in....

Disadvantages: Can be pricey, shop around first....

I have to say that I find wearing high heeled shoes often hurts my feet, so I usually wear a pair of trainers. Every year I must go through about three pairs of trainers, and for the past three years or so, these have all been of the Adidas Galaxy brand. They are brilliantly designed and made, and if you don't like one colour of a design, you're sure to find it in your choice of colour. They are extremely comfortable, usually at a good, reasonable price, nice shapes, easy to lace up, great to run in, and there are zillions of different designs. I recommend this trainer to anyone!!!!
