This is it, this is the extreme sport. The air is limitless, the tricks are endless, and the thrills are just extreme. This is my favourite sport as you can probably tell by now. This sport is not for the faint hearted. I have suffered many injuries whilst trying to pull of tricks that were new to me. When you start I suggest you were knee pads, a helmet and especially wrist pads.

There are many different forms of aggresive skating. There is vert where you skate up the walls of a half pipe trying to pull of incredible tricks and getting as much air as possible. My favourite is street cos your not limited to a skate park. You can rampage round your local park grinding down poles and jumping of stairs.

I get my great thrills in life from this and snowboarding and I would definately recomend both.
