I suffer from a slight fallen arch on my left foot due to a leg length discrepancy (cue jokes about running in circles!) and as such I needed to wear insoles for a bit. When I decided to buy a decent pair of running shoes I went along to my local running shop for a fitting and to see what they thought about which shoes would be best for me. I tried a few different ones on, and had my stride recorded and analysed to see which ones were the best for me.
