Gore running clothes are amazing, they are so comfy and make running really enjoyable. I tend to get really hot so the tops are great as they are really breathable, letting heat and sweat out. I have a classic t-shirt as well as a tank-top for the really hot days. They come in nice feminine colours as well. The shorts are also really good as they are a sensible longer length, not like some of the tiny ones you see. They have a inner layer so you can go without underwear if you tend to find rubbing a problem. I would recommend the whole range to anyone, i got my things on the sale, but I'd say it's worth paying a bit more. I got mine from the high street store up and ... Read the complete review

When I was about 3 weeks old, saw my first pair of Vans. They were blue and red 95s (as all Vans were in those days), and they were on the feet of someone, maybe John Sablosky in Skateboard magazine. They were the coolest shoes, but they cost £13 a pair!!! Dunlop Greenflash, the staple of british skaters at that time, were only £6. I didn't get a pair of Vans for what seemed like an age, but was probably only around 8 months. Once I got them, I never wore anything else. Never. I'm wearing Vans now, and I have been for the last 25 years. Vans embody the skater chic. They've been with the sport longer than anyone else, and they continue to ... Read the complete review

The first time i heard the phrase 'Airwalk' it was that of a skateboarding move. Me being a skateboarder, i soon found out that Airwalk was also a skate trainer make. I first got a pair about a month after i started skating (about 5 years ago), and i have never looked back since. Airwalk trainers provide a comfortable fit, with a bit of room, and beautifully gripped soles. My latest pair have a sort of checkered bottom, with the shape of a little man jumping at the bottom and Airwalk emblazoned across the bottom. They are the best pair of Airwalk i have had yet. They are sooooooo comfortable on my feet that i feel like i could sleep in them. They offer ... Read the complete review

So once again you've sucumbed to the latset fashion, but now as skateboarding has hit fashion (or as fahion has hit skateboarding) fashionable items have shot up in price..again. This time Asda cannot save the day as they did with the Levis saga. For example we'll say you're trying to buy a nice pair of trendy trainers and decide to look in the skate shop for anything that might tickle your wiskers. You find a great pair, your friends are going to love them - boy they're hot. Wearily you summon the courage to take a peek at the price tag... That in my mind is the problem with skating products and people shouldn't stand for it, if ... Read the complete review

Okay I recently bouht my pair of es Eric Koston shoes. They are a bit expensive but are well worth the money. They have the special es O2 system which is a air cussion and special gel in the heal of the shoe, this is extremly good for landing those high tricks. The shoe has good ollie protection, except around the laces as the grip tape from the board quickly wears through the shoe lace and snaps :-(. The shoe's are extremly grippy, and are not slippery when the soles are damp. The shoe wears through quite quickly on the toe and the heal, these are due to heel filps and ollies (this could be patched up with shoe goo). But these shoes are very ... Read the complete review
