I've been a fan of Converse since I turned into a little rocker/mosher at the tender age of 11, my mum bought me my first pair of purple converse high top trainers, which lasted me about a year as I wore them to death, literally wearing them everyday of the year come rain or shine. The soles were falling apart and they stunk to high heaven, but i refused to give in and throw away my beloved 'connies'. Then my mum did the unthinkable and threw them away claiming the dog had chewed them so they were unwearable, I was truely gutted. Christmas came around and under the tree was a brand new pair of Converse all stars, this time in pink! I was in love all over again!

And so my obsession for Converse shoes has grown from there really, I've had god knows how many pairs, in several different colours. I absolutely love the shoes, they're comfortable, fairly cheap (compared to alot of other brands of trainers), they go with pretty much anything I've got in my wardrobe, even dresses! haha! I've only worn heals 3 times in my entire life, twice for weddings and another time for an engagement party. I refuse to wear heals, I'd much rather stick on my comfy connies and be able to dance the night away instead of limping home, my feet in absolute tatters from being squished into some tarty heels.

I know that Converse have alot of other products other than shoes, like clothing and other accesories but I've always just been a fan of the shoes. They do mens shoes, ladies shoes like flat pumps etc and of course the Converse Allstars which come in low-tops, high tops or hi-high tops which come up to your knees like boxing boots!

They've always been one of the most popular brands of footwear since the first 'All Stars' were released in 1917, back then they were baseball shoes, nowdays it's more than baseball players who are wearing them. By the turn of the 21st Century over 750million pairs of all stars had been sold!

I'd recommend anyone who wants some new trainers, that are comfy, durable and yes FASHIONABLE! There are so many different colours and styles you can buy the best thing to do is head to the website to see whats available, different shoe shops have different colours/patterns, there's literally hundreds to choose from.
I've currently got 3 pairs myself, a black pair of high tops, white pair of lo-tops and some black and white checkered high tops! hehe!

In fact, even Amazon have jumped onto the bandwagon and started selling Converse! Go check it out! Maybe your next set of Dooyoo miles could be traded in for some lovely new shoes? At around £25-£30 it's not a bad price, I bought my black and white checkered ones off ebay for £15! So it's best to shop around!
