Advantages: Hard-wearing, comfortable, great range of styles and colours

Disadvantages: Bit more expensive than some other brands

Put simply, you cannot go wrong with a pair of Converse!

They have a fantastic range of colours, styles etc to suit all tastes and budgets.

They are so comfortable, even after you've been wearing them for an entire day or been walking for miles.

They're also very hard-wearing, which means even if they're a touch more pricey than some other brands, it'll be worth the money as they won't wear out so quickly.

Another bonus is that if they get too scruffy you can get away with just putting them in the washing machine and they'll come out looking nice and clean once again.

Only issue I've ever had with them is that the innersoles often wear out more quickly than the rest of the shoe, but you can easily solve this problem by just buying some inexpensive insoles to replace them.

Overall, highly recommended - and not just for the stereotypical student!
