... well, what it is designed to do is heat up your body whilst working out thus making you sweat creating a sauna like atmosphere between you and your suit, which in turn makes you sweat more, ridding your body of fluid and toxins, but due to the rise in body temperature, your body is supposed to burn more calories and help speed up your metabolism. Some time ago, I was Decathlon looking for more items to help my on my quest to lose a few pounds, when a friend of mine suggested that I try out the sweat suit. And to be honest with you I let out a laugh and said no way at first, the reason being for this bout of laughter is that this particular sweat suit (or sauna suit as it's also called) is made from 100% PVC. ... 100% PVC I hear you say, leave those thought behind people, were in Decathlon not Ann Summers!
