They have forefoot and heel Air-sole units, and you can pretty much feel the air. The shoes weigh a ton, though, I forget what the listed weight is, but I can tell you they feel much heavier than what they are said to be. I spend a lot on trainers so I know when I buy a dissapointing pair! I got the black/white version for £40 at Nike shop in Lakeside, and needless to say, I regret it. First of all, I have a fairly high arch, and these shoes have NO arch support at all so I get real bad aching feet. They design their Ice skates in a similar way.
